Is there a subscription or listing fee?
No. Creating your profile, listing services and using the dashboard is completely free. We only earn when we bring you a paying customer.
How do you know a customer is "returning"?
When the same customer books the same professional again through LetzPaws, the reduced rate applies automatically — nothing to configure.
What does the booking fee cover for owners?
Secure card payments, booking protection, and customer support. It is always shown before you confirm.
When do I get paid as a professional?
Payouts go straight to your bank via Stripe after the appointment, minus the applicable commission. You can track everything in your Earnings page.
What happens after the 90-day Founding Provider period?
You move to the standard Fair Growth rates — 10% on new clients, 2% on repeats, 0% on your own clients. Every customer you gained during the free period counts as yours.
